"Remove your knees from the necks of blacks," human rights leader Al Sharpton said at a memorial service for George Floyd.
The body of a black man killed by white police officers in the United States was brought to North Central University in Minneapolis. Policemen also knelt down in respect.
El Sharpton delivered a highly emotional speech at the ceremony, saying that the policeman had placed his knee on the necks of all blacks, not Floyd and that the protest would continue until change came.
The memorial service was attended by key figures, including Jesse Jackson, Senator Amy Klobuchar, and Governor Tim Walls.
On the other hand, the three officials involved in Floyd's murder have been granted bail. The judge has granted bail to the three accused at the rate of 7 7.5 million each.
According to the US Attorney General, it is an undeniable fact that most African Americans do not trust the country's justice system.
A ceremony was also held in Washington in memory of George Floyd, in which Democratic senators knelt down and paid tribute to the deceased.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi says Democrats will introduce a bill Monday to protect ethnic minorities and reform police.
The memorial service was also held in New York where thousands of people attended. When the mayor came to address the occasion, people chanted slogans against him.
It should be noted that on the tenth day of the assassination of George Floyd, the number of protests has decreased. At least 10 people were killed during the protests and sieges.
