Defeat and isolation in the war have reduced the power of ISIS militants in Afghanistan to an organization of about 200 fighters, according to a United Nations
report released this week.
The country's eastern province of Nangarhar has been a stronghold of the organization since it entered Afghanistan a decade ago.
In 22 districts, the council's leadership has dwindled to close to 200 fighters.
