There are still foreign fighters in Afghanistan, the United Nations (news update)

Defeat and isolation in the war have reduced the power of ISIS militants in Afghanistan to an organization of about 200 fighters, 

according to a United Nations
 report released this week. 

The country's eastern province of Nangarhar has been a stronghold of the organization since it entered Afghanistan a decade ago.
 In 22 districts, the council's leadership has dwindled to close to 200 fighters.
