An Israeli newspaper has revealed that secret talks are taking place between Saudi Arabia and Israel aimed at controlling Islamic property in occupied Jerusalem under Saudi control, but Israeli officials have denied any such talks. Has been denied.
The Gulf newspaper reports that the talks between the two countries began at the diplomatic level and included a high-level Israeli security team, US officials, and Saudi officials.
The agreement that is being sought through these negotiations is being called the historic agreement of the century.
The report further revealed that Jordan had strongly opposed any change in the Islamic Adornment Council at Al-Aqsa Mosque, due to Turkey's growing role in the holy site.
According to the report, the Jordanian team opposed the expansion of the Islamic Endowment Council after the unrest at Bab al-Rahma and the 2017 metal detector crisis and unanimously agreed to go against the Oslo Accords.
Those Palestinian representatives are included in the council.
The report accuses the Palestinian delegation of trying to gain a foothold in the Al-Aqsa Mosque by receiving millions of dollars in donations from the Turkish government through various organizations.
These organizations had clear orders from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
