Islamabad: Lockdown extended till May 31
The lockdown in the federal capital Islamabad to prevent coronavirus has been extended until May 31.
A notification has been issued by the Islamabad administration in this regard, according to which the construction sector has been opened in the first phase.
The notification said that steel, plastic pipes, electronic devices, and paints industry have been opened in the federal capital.
Sanitary works and hardware stores will also remain open, grocery stores have also been allowed to open, while shops with SOPs will be able to open in smaller markets.
The notification further said that shops in the federal capital Islamabad would be allowed to open five days a week.

Parks, trails, polo clubs, tennis courts will be allowed to open in compliance with SOPs.
The Islamabad administration has also said in the notification that general stores, bakeries, flour mills, and dairy shops will be allowed to remain open all week.
