The key to moral and cultural development. Teacher

The key to moral and cultural development. Teacher

When a child is born, the first person he encounters is his mother. It is as if her first madrassa is a mother's loving lap where her education and training begins. There is a consensus among educators that a child begins to pick flowers of knowledge and literature immediately after birth, so proper education and training of the child should be arranged from day one.

If the first teacher has the essence of proper education and training in the compassionate lap of the mother, then the child will surely become obsessed with the great purpose for which the Creator of the universe has sent him into the world, but if the essence of the mother's lap is empty No Aristotle of the time can enrich a child with the jewels that are the purpose of his creation. Light towers are installed so that incoming caravans can travel their distance with their light.

This is the lap from which Tariq bin Ziyad, after receiving training, raises the flag of Islam in Andalusia by raising the flag of "Malik Malikmastkalakdaye Mast." After receiving training, Imam Malik gets up and challenges the wrong law of the Abbasid Caliph and sacrifices his arms.

From this Imam Abu Hanifa is born. He offers his life as a gift in the call room of the jail but refuses to allow the Shariat-e-Mustafa to become a toy of the wrong rulers. Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal flogs for eighteen years but Children's play is blocked forever.

In the history of the world, we find thousands of examples that have turned a world upside down. Such pious people arose who cleansed a world from impurity. Such rulers were born whose existence proved to be a blessing and mercy of God for the world. They emerged victorious who conquered the hearts and minds as well. The legislators came into being whose laws spread the throne of mercy in the world,

the hadiths and jurists were born who lit such candles of knowledge that led to the acquisition of light for the rest of the world. In view of this wisdom, Islam, after the right of Allah Almighty, has placed the greatest emphasis on the good treatment of parents, especially the mother.

It is also important to note that in order to give humanity and enable it to enjoy its rights and duties and to enable it to have a deep relationship with humanity and then to perform its duties well in life. It is also important to have a light of knowledge and conscience that can truly guide the crowd of emotions and desires and the commotion of self-interest.

This light of conscience is the teacher in childhood and after reaching the age of consciousness. Has been created.

That is why the teacher is also called the second father. If the first father is the cause of coming into existence, then the second father is the means of attaining the purpose of existence and knowledge and insight.

Teacher training is a critical place where the fortunes of nations are formed and deteriorated. Where slips are the cause of life's failures and where stability is the tent of all success. The trail of the madrassa is the dangerous path where the naive child needs the help of the teacher the most.

After all, who can deny that the real hero of human ascension is the teacher? It is the teacher who makes nations and it is the teacher who corrupts.

It is the teacher who makes the righteous revolution. It is the teacher who gives life-giving warmth to the nations. This is where the stories of rising and fall begin. This is where the star-studded youngsters are born.

This is where life and death deals are signed. It is as if the teacher is the axis around which the destinies of nations revolve.

That is why the teacher should know that building buildings with bricks and stones is an easy task, but building human morality and character is like bringing a gambling lion.

Liver fragments need to be attached to this building. It is as if the greatest task of a teacher is to arouse true love for the country and the nation and the true Islamic spirit. If the teacher fulfills these goals, it will be a great blessing to the nation.

The teacher is the source of knowledge. The role of teachers is of utmost importance in the construction and development of nations.

No one has ever denied the role of teachers in the construction of humanity and scientific evolution. From the very beginning, the teacher has been at the forefront of the education system.

He is as engrossed in training his students as a gardener is in caring for his plants every hour.

Teaching is a profession that has a prominent place not only in Islam but in every religion and society in the world.

But it is a universal fact that the world of knowledge has never revealed the true value and status of the teacher in the same way that Islam has made human beings aware of the high status of the teacher. Islam has given immense honor and respect to the teacher.

Allah, the Exalted, has mentioned in the Qur'an the glory of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) as a teacher.

He has held a high position of honor. In Islam, the status of a teacher is very high.

Islam has given the status of a spiritual father to the teacher because he is a teacher and mentor. He said: Inmana lakum bamnzil al-walid,

aalamkam Amir al-mu'minin Hazrat Umar was asked that in spite of being the caliph of such a large Islamic state, he still had some regrets in his heart. He said:

"I wish I had a teacher."

The essence of the teacher is indeed great and benevolent for mankind. The words of Hazrat Ali, the fourth caliph of knowledge, highlight the greatness of the teacher:

He wants to sell me, free me, or keep me a slave.

The poet of the Eastern Islamic thinker Allama Muhammad Iqbal describes the greatness of the teacher as follows:

Teachers are the protectors of the nation because it is up to them to improve future generations and enable them to serve the country.

The duty of God is more difficult and important than all duties.

Because the key to all kinds of moral, cultural, and religious virtues is in his hands and the source of all kinds of development is his hard work.

In a society where a mother's embrace is considered the child's first school and an ideal mother is given precedence over a thousand teachers, a teacher has the power to make the whole universe a school for the child.

The reason is that the father has been given the status of a spiritual father. While the father teaches the child to hold his finger, the teacher urges the child to always move forward in life. Someone asked Alexander the Great why he respected his teacher's status. Alexander the Great said that his parents brought him from the heavens to the earth while the teacher raised him from the earth to the heights of the heavens.

Hy.btlymus teacher to convey the splendor of the rules states: "The ten years of study have an hour to discuss the teacher '.

The teacher's job is not only to educate the children but also to train them.

Nowadays teachers do not train children, they only teach. Due to the commercialization of education, children lack moral training. A good teacher is one who loves humanity and can instill a love of humanity in children.

The teacher's job is to build people. This is a very important and responsible job, so it is important to give the teacher his rightful place in society. Keep in mind. The importance given to a teacher in every society and religion requires teachers to present themselves as a role model. Imam Azam Abu Hanifa was asked by his dear disciple Hazrat Imam Yusuf,?

He said: "He said: "Look carefully when the teacher is teaching the children. If he is teaching as if he is teaching his children, then he is a teacher. If he is teaching people's children, then he is not a teacher." In light of this statement, if teachers are examined, we will see the dominance of materialism in society. The teacher is the promoter of moral values in society. And prestige is almost lost.

The teaching profession today is limited to one job, scale, and promotion. The sacred relationship between teacher and student is lost. The history of the world has shown that the only nation that prospers and develops is the one that values its teachers.

The famous Pakistani writer, intellectual and educationist Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed, while performing his teaching services in Italy, was once challenged for violating the traffic law. Due to his busy schedule, the challan could not be paid.

He was asked to appear in court due to the non-payment of challan and non-attendance. When the judge found out the reason for the delay in payment of challan, Ashfaq Ahmed said that he is a teacher and issued challan due to his teaching activities. Unable to pay on time. When the judge found out that he was a teacher, he stood up respectfully from his chair and said in surprise and admiration! Court the in teacher A

A teacher in court forgave his challan. In Italy, too, the salaries of teachers are not as attractive as in our homeland, but even today all judges, bureaucrats, businessmen, police, politicians, etc., follow the teacher as slaves used to follow their masters in the past.

This reverence for the teacher is the story of the rise of Western society. Above worship.

And this is possible only when ethics is paramount in the field of education. Considering it a duty, moral values will be popularized in any field. Only when there is a practical demonstration will the society flourish in the field of morality.

And this is not the responsibility of anyone, but every member of the society has to go ahead and take part.
