According to a foreign news agency, the Sri Lankan government says the decision was made because the coroner's burial process also risks affecting a healthy person.

Following the Sri Lankan government's decision, the religious minority Muslims in the country have been opposing the decision, saying that the death of any Muslim is against the fundamental religious beliefs, traditions and traditions of Muslims.

In Sri Lanka, seven deaths were reported from Sri Lanka in the past 3 days, of which 3 were Muslims but the dead bodies of the three Muslims were burned despite intense protests by their heritage.

The relatives of the deceased are demanding that the burial of their loved ones be allowed instead of burial.

Authorities should connect the community and not create differences: Amnesty criticism

On the other hand, Barrage Patnaik, director of the international human rights organization Amnesty International, criticized the Sri Lankan government's decision, saying that in this difficult time, the authorities should join the community and not create differences between them.

It is to be noted that Sri Lanka has a population of 21 million, which accounts for 10% of the Muslim minority population.

Sri Lanka's Corona virus-infected population is 200, followed by an indefinite curfew to prevent the spread of the Corona virus in the country.
