BEIJING: Scientists around the world are working on a vaccine to prevent the corona virus, and for the first time, experiments on monkeys developed in a Chinese laboratory have proved successful.

Vaccine experiments on monkeys have been successful.

A report published in Science Magazine

A pharmaceutical company says it injected two different doses of the vaccine into eight monkeys belonging to a species that is not at risk of extinction.

There are no side effects of this vaccine, the vaccine experiments on these monkeys proved successful. The vaccine is similar to the old-fashioned medicine, which was developed by incorporating chemically inactivated viruses.
The company said in a statement that all monkeys were largely immune to infection.

According to the company's assessment, the four monkeys were given high doses of the vaccine and showed no symptoms in their lungs until seven days after the virus entered their bodies.

The company said that the remaining four monkeys, which were given low doses of the vaccine, tested positive for the virus after injecting the virus, but it recovered automatically. In contrast, the four monkeys that were not vaccinated became seriously ill with the virus and developed pneumonia.
