KARACHI:
A video of alleged police violence in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, has gone viral on social media.The video shows a policeman squeezing a citizen's neck.
Just as George Floyd, a black man, was strangled in the US state of Minnesota, he suffered police torture for not wearing a mask.
Like various cities in India, Jodhpur has also made it mandatory to wear a mask to protect against coronavirus in public places.
According to the official announcement, citizens who do not wear masks in public places may face fines.
