China releases revised data
Chinese authorities, on the other hand, have released revised data on the death toll from the Corona virus in Wuhan, suggesting that the number of deaths across the country has risen to 4,642, with a further 1290 new deaths in Wuhan. The number is 82 thousand 367, out of which 78 thousand people have gone home to recover.
According to Chinese authorities, the country's economy has shrunk by 6.8 percent in the first quarter of 2020, the first time seen in 44 years.
The death toll from the global outbreak in Italy has dropped to 22,170 and Spain's 19,315, while in France too, 17,920 people have died.
More than 13,000 people have been victimized in the UK, 4,869 in Iran and 4,552 in Germany.
In Belgium too, more than 4,800 people have been killed by the Corona virus, with 1952 deaths in Brazil and 1643 deaths in Turkey.
According to Johns Hopkins University of America, the number of Corona virus-infected people worldwide has reached 21 million 84 thousand, while the total number of deaths has reached 461,898.
